Exciting tall Cooper Duff-Tytler is back for West Coast’s WA Freeze clash against Port Adelaide at Optus Stadium on Saturday night.

The No.4 draft pick played the first nine matches of his debut season before being managed, and has had to bide his time waiting for a recall following an encouraging past three performances by the Eagles.

But Duff-Tytler is confirmed to face the Power alongside prized recruit Brandon Starcevich, who will play his first AFL game in blue and gold.

Starcevich’s club debut was revealed on Wednesday, with the dual premiership defender ready after building his match minutes in two WAFL outings following calf trouble.

Tall forward Jack Williams and draftee Josh Lindsay have been omitted from the team that defeated Essendon by 30 points on WA Day eve and are emergencies alongside Tom Gross.

West Coast faced Port Adelaide at Adelaide Oval in round three and came away with a nailbiting two-point triumph, with young gun Jobe Shanahan taking a towering pack mark in defence as the Eagles held on in the dying stages.

Saturday night’s clash gets underway at 6.15pm and will be broadcast live on Channel 7 and 7-plus in WA and SA, and nationally on Fox Footy and Kayo.
