Digital Ticketing in 2021

While the capacity for Optus Stadium remains at 75% under the State Government’s COVID-Safe restrictions, the club is pleased to advise Reserved Seat members that their normally allocated reserved seats will again be available for their use in round three.

As previously advised to members, West Coast Eagles members can access their digital match tickets using the official West Coast Eagles app. To download, and for mobile ticketing instructions, please click here.

Match tickets are available in members’ West Coast Eagles accounts. We strongly recommend that members download the official West Coast Eagles app and login to their West Coast Eagles membership account ahead of the weekend, to ensure that they are able to access their member portal with no issues. As a reminder, members should log in to their account using the email address they have registered with the club (this is the email they will receive club communications on).

Tickets will appear in the app no later than 48 hours prior to the match – please check back later if tickets do not appear before that time.

If members have any issues with ticketing and have not been able to contact the Membership Services Team prior, they should visit the Membership Services Team at Optus Stadium on match day (at Box Offices B, C, D and E).

Getting to Optus Stadium

In 2021, the best way to get to the footy is with Transperth.

There'll be plenty of services running to get to and from Optus Stadium, and the cost of the journey is included in membership or match tickets. If required, please show a digital ticket to Transperth staff.

Travel between Showgrounds and Fremantle stations will be impacted by METRONET's Claremont Station Project works and should extra travel time should be allowed. Mandurah and Armadale lines will also be impacted by a nightly closure. If planning to stay late, use the JourneyPlanner or download the Transperth app to find the most convenient alternative.
