Backline Coach

Originally from Victoria Rohan McHugh started coaching in his hometown of Wedderburn where he coached the U16s from 2013 to 2014 winning a premiership in the 2014 season. In 2015 McHugh moved to Western Australia and became a PE Teacher at SEDA from 2015 to 2018 before moving to WAIS to work in Athlete Wellbeing and Engagement. During this time McHugh continued his coaching with West Coast Amateur Football Club winning a premiership in 2021. The same year McHugh was at Hockey Australia in a similar role before moving to the Eagles as Head Coach of Academies and Assistant Coach in the AFLW program.
