Development Coach

Tiffany Ferguson-Blight joins the West Coast Eagles AFLW program as a development coach, bringing a strong passion for building confident, capable and resilient athletes.

Arriving from Perth Football Club where she leads the Rogers Cup program. She brings a strong focus on developing young talent through fundamentals, game intelligence and genuine relationships.

Ferguson-Blight’s coaching approach is shaped by her own journey into the game, taking up football at 21 during the inaugural AFLW season. Grounded in empathy, structure and empowerment, she is committed to helping players grow both on and off the field. Her ability to connect with athletes and deliver clear, purposeful coaching adds further strength to the Eagles’ AFLW development program.
