Development Coach

Tiffany Ferguson-Blight joins the West Coast Eagles AFLW program as a development coach, bringing a strong passion for building confident, capable and resilient athletes.

Arriving from Perth Football Club, where she leads the Rogers Cup program, Ferguson-Blight is driven by a strong focus on developing young talent through fundamentals, game intelligence and genuine relationships.

Ferguson-Blight brings extensive coaching experience across the WA football pathway, spending three seasons with Swan Districts’ WAFLW program as Backline Coach (2021), Senior Assistant and Backline Coach (2022), and Senior Assistant and Midfield Coach (2023). Ferguson-Blight then progressed to the WA Under 18s State Academy before joining East Perth WAFLW as Forward Line Coach in 2025.
