Head of Development

Joined the Eagles from the Western Bulldogs in late 2024 after spending the previous five seasons as their Head of Development.

Maddocks has a decade of AFL club experience, having started at the Dogs as a development coach and opposition analyst in 2015, and continued to build on that foundation through the 2025 season at West Coast.

He has also worked in the underage talent pathways with Vic Metro, Oakleigh Chargers and Dandenong Stingrays, and has a proven track record of helping young players maximise their potential.
